What to expect

What is the service like?
During our time together we will worship through song and prayer, listen to a Biblical and relevant message from one of our speakers, and have plenty of time for fellowship. Our people love to meet newcomers and value catching up with friends before and after the service. Light refreshments are provided.

What should I wear?
At Compass we work to create an environment that is welcoming and casual. We want you to feel comfortable the instant you step foot through the door, even in what you’re wearing. You will notice that some people prefer to wear their very best and others are happiest in jeans and sandals.

Our History

to Belong

Children's Church

Jesus said, ‘Let the little children come to me. Don’t stop them! For the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to those who are like these children.
— Matthew 19:14

Children’s church is at 11:15am the first and last weekend of each month. Children ages 3 years through 8th grade learn about Jesus through engaging and creatively communicated Bible lessons. Children will have the opportunity to participate in worship through music, prayer, crafts, and activities. Our heart is for our children to come to know and love Jesus and to be equipped to share Him with others.

Small Groups

As iron sharpens iron, as one man sharpens another.
— Proverbs 27:17

At Compass we believe in doing life together. We want everyone to find where they feel they belong and can grow, and we think that happens best in small groups.

At Compass our mission is to belong and grow within the church body so that we can serve others. We believe that service should not only happen in our church but also in our homes, workplaces, and community. As a church we are God’s hands and feet to show up on the behalf of others and to make change happen. Currently, we are partnered with several organizations in the community as well as committed to providing prayer and financial support for an orphanage in Uganda.
